Quadrel offers a complete line of label applicators, from simple, economically priced to high speed servo driven label applicators with dispensing speeds over 5,000" per minute.
Q110 Label Applicator The Q110 stepper driven applicator is an economically priced, heavy duty labeler designed for long term reliability and ease of service and operation. It features an on-board built-in microprocessor control with flash memory. This makes the Q110 ideally suited to a wide variety of applications and is the featured applicator on Quadrel’s EconoLine System. The built- in controls also make the Q110 suited to integration into exiting production lines.

The high-speed Microprocessor directs and monitors all functions of the labeling head, including speed compensation, fault detection, and full status monitoring. With memory for 50 product presets, the software easily accommodates a wide variety of options with instant recall of product profiles. Additional features include 16 inch label roll capacity, heavy duty outboard supported drive assembly, and a number of standard fault options including low label, broken web and end of web detections.
