Proven reliable over and over again, Eastey’s VSA1825 Auto L-Sealer will handle the day-to-day operation required for automatic sealing and provide you with all the quality features found in much higher priced machines. They are designed and built to give you the performance needed for positive sealing a wide variety of films including polyolefin and polyethylene.
Eastey’s VSA1825 is designed specifically for automatic L-sealing applications that require simple operation and a small footprint. Products are automatically fed into the VSA1825 where a product sensor detects the product as it moves into the sealing area. Once in position, a 90° guillotine hot knife seal bar automatically seals the film edges to create a loose bag around the product.
Once sealed, the product transfers to a heat tunnel to shrink the film and provide a clean, finished product. The efficient automatic seal system allows users to seal between 30 - 35 products per minute, depending on the product size and application requirements.
